we learned how to change the numbers in the substitution method

2x+4y=8
3x+y=-13

find the letter with out a number beside it and get y by itself and then put that in to the y value in the first equation then get rid of the brackets my mutiplying by 4 then collect the like termsthen get the x value by itself. after that divide both ends by the number behind the x and then you end up with x=-6
then put the x value into the second equation and solve it by getting y by itsekf and then you have y=5

there for (-6,5)

September 11th reflect

Today i learned that the system of a linear equation is when there is two or more linear equations at the same time on a graph.also that y=x.

Goals for the year

1. Get around 60 or more objectives in accelerated math.
2. Get a good mark on the exam.
3. Try to pay attention more than last year.
